Despite several attempts to report this matter in the different FNB branches(Westgate Mall, Village Horizon),MFC still abuse my account,NEDABF/MFC***, with less than 6 months to pay off this account. MFC debited my account 3 times in the month of July 2020, with one successful payment and this attempts happens every month. This does not help my situation because i am being charged and these penalty charges result in fees as high as R110. STOP STOP and reverse this unauthorized penalty fee.
