unauthorized activities on my account

refund me back my money now . since the 09 July till 23rd July the is a deduction on R8.50 ( Declined payment 479012*462521) spoke to some1 last week till to date nothing has been done . i want my money !!!! Some one stopped and blocked my card and did not arrange for new card to be delivered . i want feedback on that too
