Unauthorized activation of credit card account.

I received an sms from FNB stating that I activated a credit card account on 03 October 2022. To my knowledge, I never app**** nor activated such an account. I received a message via my cell phone that I owe FNB R41.87 due by 25 November 2022 with Credit Card Acc....271000.
