Unauthorized Access to Accounts - Your ACCOUNT is NOT SAFE

Had an account with FNB for shares that I tried to close over 28months ago. FNB Private Banker didn't close the account on request. Account was left in my profile for over 28months with no word from the FNB SHARES dept concerning not getting monthly fees for the account. I have NEVER seen a finacial institution not collecting in more than 2 months for ANYTHING. Oh Wait... the pot was still too small then... They were waiting till it's PROFITABLE for them. Well, it must be now cos.... 28 months later they, without notice, without contact, stupid bank went through my accounts looking for one with money in it and took what they wanted to the Shares account which was supposed to have been closed YEARS AGO. The account they took from was not even part of the agreement or contract. They just browsed through all accounts and without notice or authorization, STOLE from my account money that was meant for my son's school fees. I asked the monies be returned and the guy from FNB SHARES just told me to FORGET IT. My "PRIVATE BANKER" told me he can't do anything for me. If that's the case... why do I need one???? Uselesss service!!! Dont be fooled! Even after I explained I closed the account long ago... he just said he will ONLY NOW close the account... but as for my funds, FORGET IT, YOU ARE NOT GETTING IT BACK. Knowing well the fault was theirs. Note: They WILL access accounts you didn't give permission for them to. Note: They WILL wait until it is profitable for them to collect from you. (WHY WAIT 30months to collect otherwise??) Note: Seems Phishing is not our only problem... The Unauthorized access to our accounts will happen internally. So, is OUR account(s) even safe?? Oh By the way... I have a "PRIVATE" banker... So Private allowed funds to Privately be taken from my account without AUTHORIZATION. This is ********* at Best. Seeking legal advise.
