Unauthorized

Good day

I called and spoke to Kagiso , I called regarding unauthorized debit orders and my account ending up in the minus when I do not have money in my account , why does it seem like i am charged double. Transaction will go off twice which does not make sense. The consultant told me to hold however the call was cut. The service is bad as i called in twice. Natalie Adams *** - ***
