Unauthoriseed Debit order
We enstrust FNB bank with ours monies and today i learnt its at own risk. Somebody just decided to wake up and deduct money(2800.00) from my account and what do the bank tell me. Initially they said there is nothing they can do. Then gave me a job to do, fill out a debit dispute document and wait for 28-31 days to be resolved. Is it a mistake to entrust these institutions with our money where they allow anyone to dip their fingers and we suffer the consequences. Its disappointing
