Unauthorised & Unknown Debit Order

I received an SMS from FNB today (as I am an FNB client) saying that a new debit order was paid from my account with the reference M-CHOICE... I called Multi Choice with the number quoted in the SMS and they confirmed that it belongs to a woman residing in Limpopo... WHAT THE HELL AM I PAYING A LIMPOPO WOMAN'S DSTV ACCOUNT FOR??????? Please explain, 50 Marks.

To be honest, I'm pretty ****ed. Yes, the debit order can be reversed by FNB, but it should not be happening in the first place. I've been an FNB client for as long as I've been banking, and this makes me question the integrity of the bank and the security of my information. Not cool FNB, not cool.
