Unauthorised transitions and double debiting

I am certainly not happy with FNB again you're double debiting me and taking money of my account without explaining anything to me ... I need my money back... I am soo frustrated every year I must go through the same bad experience. I trust you as a bank to keep my money safe but noo my money is not safe with you.
