UNAUTHORISED TRANSFER OF MONIES
Good morning. I have a loan account with FNB and have been unable to pay for a few months due to ill health. Today I received an sms that R2640 has been transferred out of my savings account to the loan account. This is totally unauthorised and not allowed.<br> I request a manager contact me soonest and I am contacting the Banking Services Ombudsman as well.<br> No-one can take monies out of my account without authorisation!!!!<br> This needs to be transferred back into my account immediately.<br> Ann-Marie Collopy
