Unauthorised transfer of funds

I received a message today that my arrears amount on my bond will be deducted of my current account for the full amount. ...I missed a debit order due to things that was out of my control. I have done not missed a homeloan debit order. I don't have the funds to pay the full amount plus my debit order yet you just decided before I even get paid that u are going to take the full amount of my account. It is ********* in my view and I can't afford it I want the funds reversed with immediate effect..The worse part is my husband just joined fnb and u had the audacity to take the funds of his account...that money was needed to buy material for a client which he can't fulfil. I want a immediate reversal and an agreement in place to recover the funds over a period tonight If not I'm going to the ombudsman!
