Unauthorised Transactions Taken to pay a Debt

FNB has gone through into the Church account and withdrew money to pay a debt for one of the signatories ladies on the account. If she owes FNB money that has nothing to do with the Church money, its not her money at all but its offering money for the church. She is authorised to sign but its not her personal account. Three signatories are authorised for any transaction and none of the members were called or got authorisation for this transaction to take place. Thats purely *****, *****ing money from the poor and clearing a debt that is not on her personal account. Payment needs to be reversed back to the account and stop *****ing and commiting ***** on your customers. Even though her name is on the authorising signatories that does not mean the account belongs to her. I need this sorted with immediate effect. FNB clients beware as our trusted bank can do such to their customers. FNB need to do their own collections with their customers but not to take money as they please on people's account without authorisation.
