Unauthorised transactions

I am so disappointed at the level of service I received from FNB chat, there are transactions in my account that I cannot account for and the banker that I asked to assist me was not giving me answers to what actually happened to my money, do you now have people taking money from our accounts without our permission? Honestly, I need someone to call me to help me understand this. I will be waiting for a response.
