Unauthorised transactions

Clearly FNB wants kill me, Firstly , I don't know What PMt honfee is, and I can confidently say that i have given anyone my banking details, why am I on a minus because of a transaction that i did not approve, secondly, I just received 2 messages of transaction declined, I did not attempt to purchase anything, what the he'll is going on, and lastly, why do I still have pending debit orders after 3 months of trying to get a refund for those debits? I am really changing banks, clearly FNB does not value me as a client
