Unauthorised transaction

On the 1 April 2021, money was taken out my account. I'm unaware of why the transaction took place because I didn't make any online purchases The amount that was taken is R176, 79. I would really like if my money could be returned. This isn't the first time this happens as the same thing happened early 2020
