Unauthorised Porting of Cellphone Number
FNB Connect Top up Contract was opened. They promised delivery of my sim cards with 3-5 working days. Card was delivered more than a week late. Courier made all types of excuses. I also opted to keep my own MTN number and declined the option to port my number. FNB Connect however went ahead and ported my number to CellC. This meant i lost all airtime/data/lMTN loyalty points on my card. Now they expect me to take responsibility to complete PAIA documents to \prove"what was on my sim card prior to porting.
I have been sending emails back and forth with my scheduled top up proof which is available on my cheque account and made phone calls every day to request an update and so far not one person has actually responded. Only the automated \""do not respond\"" emails. I have not been able to use my cellphone for almost 3 days as the number was mid port. This was finally resolved by a very helpful MTN employee.
First National Bank is fast becoming Worst National Bank in my opinion. """
