unauthorised policies going off my account

Good day,<br> I have noticed that FNB has been taking a PA policy for R90 a month and a top up debt for R185 every month.<br> This was never EVER agreed by me. How can FNB just take my money on a monthly basis without my approval!<br> I have tried calling to no avail. <br>
