Unauthorised Payment on my FNB Account two months after reversal message

I received a ********** transaction yesterday morning at 02:15 am from Tread and Mller. After speaking to x3 non helpful consultants at FNB i was able to gather that 1. they could not reverse this ********** transaction. 2. Money can be taken from your account without your consent aslong as the merchant has your card information. 3. They cannot see this transaction on their side even though this transaction clearly reflects on my account.

According to them, this transaction was dated the 25th of February 2020. I have checked the account that i paid at Tread and Miller and i can see that there is a double payment made to them. I do not understand how this was done because they sent me a message stating that the first transaction was reversed 5 minutes after i had made the payment. I then had to go back to the store and make another payment as a result of this.

It seems to me that the first payment that was reversed and was not sitting in reserved funds is going through now in April without my consent which puts me ina financial pradicament as it is not apart of my budget.

Please resolve this as this is completely unacceptable. With the number of issues i have been experiencing with FNB regarding the unauthorised deductions, which they eventually reversed, blocking of my savings account of which was again, rectified, charging me for my first card as a replacement card. It has been a series of issues with using your services of which i have never experienced with any other bank before, and it seems i was told that this would be a better service but clearly isnt.

It was clearly just to get my business with no intention of after sales service.
