Unauthorised Overdraft and additional charges

FNB claim to value their clients and are very quick to offer you additional products but when it’s time for them to help with queries, they fail. They have over-drafted my account yet I have no agreed overdraft facility. Then they charge me for the overdraft. When I ask why, the finger points to me. Thank you FNB I will take my small money elsewhere.
