Unauthorised Online debit..

An unauthorised online purchase went off my account in Jan The 22nd.. Went to FNB on yhe 23rd Logged an unauthorised transaction dispute in .. That was the last time I had from FNB, We on March now.. No communication None whatsoever.. I need my money back..
