Unauthorised ITC Check(Utterly disgusted customer)
I went to the FNB Carlswald branch on the 21/01/2015 at about 8:35am. James assisted me. I wanted to withdraw money from my 32-Day Account. He did that successfully. I got an SMS notification from Transunion stating that an enquiry was made on my profile. I NEVER authorised this enquiry and WHY would you do a credit check/enquiry if i just want to withdraw my money.I called the supervisors and he told that i have to come to the branch. Why would i go to the branch again? I also have a job, I DON'T have time to be running around trying to sort out someone's mistakes. Thubetsi (Team Leader) from FNB Carlswald contacted me around the 22nd/23rd January and he informed me that the consultant(James) i dealt with was on leave and he's coming back on Monday(26/01/2015). Today, is the 12th February and i haven't even got a call from anyone. Going to the branch costs and calling you costs money, which you won't refund me.Someone from FNB must call me ASAP. At this point i'm not sure whether i still want to be an FNB client as the consultants make you feel like un wanted. This is purely an opposite of your slogan \How can we help you?"";NULL;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;815361;878361;13;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/02/12 8:02;15/02/12 6:16;False Advertising and extremely bad customer servi;;;;Hi,

I just want to warn my fellow country folk about the bad service and false advertising when I purchased a vehicle from Tokyo Drift Autos in Goodwood, Cape Town. The vehicle as advertised on both the dealerships website as well as on OLX as a 2007 Jetta TDi 2.0 Sportline with 142 000km on the clock, full service history and with a spare key. when I went to look at the vehicle I saw that the car had 147 300km on the clock. After my finance was approved and I wanted to obtain a letter from my insurance I found out that the car is a 2006 model. I questioned the dealer and the reply was that the lady posting the adds must have made a mistake.I asked for discount seeing that the car is now a year older model. The dealer refused my request.

I continued with the sale. Upon delivery of the vehicle I didn't receive the spare key. I asked the dealer about it and they said that there isn't one. I told them that it was advertised with one and they must supply me with it. Two months down the line and numerous emails and phone calls to the dealer I still didn't received a spare key.

So people.. please be warned about this *****ership. I logged a complaint with MIOSA. Will see what happen.;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;328706;807;14;2;0;1;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/01/05 8:00;15/02/12 6:18;Allocation of payment;5,02E+15;Accounts;***;During or about 26th November 2014, I paid my Game account for the month of November. Around the 10/11th December 2014, I paid my December bill. That leaving me up to date. I receive my January 2015 statement and now I'm in arrears for +-R450.00. How is this possible? I then emailed RCS/GAME to allocate my payment and to date nothing has been done about this. I refuse to pay that \so called\"" arrear amount because according to my records"
