Unauthorised insurance costs linked to credit card

I have a huge problem with costs of a credit insurance product linked to my credit card. I cancelled the product so long but am busy with the Ombusman. All I need is my Policy Number and Policy Schedule for this past product as I never received this. I have sent a total of 8 emails to the credit card and even more to the FNB Life email addresses. Nobody is helping me! I just want this info urgently please please please to finalise my process external as internally I can forget to find fair help.
