Unauthorised funds removed from my account
<p>After a 5 year battle with Groenwald Lubbe attorneys over a credit card that should be prescribed they took judgement against me in 2015. Still unemployed after retrenchment and after furnishing them several times of proof thereof FNB debbited my savings account today for R6007.00 and NO ONE CAN HELP ME get MY money back! This debit was unauthorised and I was told the only way they would consider refunding me would be if I make an arrangement with the attorneys to pay off an account that is 20 years old and has not been used in over 10 years! Surely a bank cannot just take the money required to survive randomly on a whim without authorisation. I am shocked and disgusted and after numerous attempts at calling them and being sent from pillar to post and being furnished with incorrect numbers to contact the legal department I am at a desperate loss as to how to solve this!!!!! Oh and judgement was taken without my knowledge after which they still persisted in harassing me! Someone fix this!!!!! </p>

so far I've received a mail and a text with a reference number, along with the reply above! I also received a call to say that they were "conferring with the legal department" and someone would get back to me! I'm not interested in explanations! I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED! If I can't pay my living expenses or feed my child there are going to be MASSIVE PROBLEMS! I cannot believe that the bank has ****** MY MONEY, but THEY are the ones conferring with "legal"! There is nothing legal about this! Refund my money!

Almost 2 weeks and no resolution. FNB gave me ONE statement as if that would help, GLA sent what suited them minus proof of receipt of summons and minus any valid LETTER OF DEMAND! They refunded HALF my money and continue to ignore my mails and requests for documentation that I am entitled to legally! Refund the money you stole and Rescind the wrongful judgement! I am sick to death of this incompetence and the idiotic runaround I am getting.
