Unauthorised FNB Debit Orders.

I have had unauthorised debit orders in my FNB account on two occasions, by ***** companies that don’t seem to exist. I have never had contact with these companies and have never given them my banking details. When I reported this to the bank, instead of investigating and giving me assurance of looking after my interests as a client, they hide behind some laws telling me they don’t intervene between clients and third parties.
