Unauthorised fees

I recently noticed that I am also being charged unauthorised fees on my bank account. Everyday there seems to be R8.50 that is being deducted from my account in the form of a "Declined foreign T 457" . I would like to know am I the only one experiencing this and why? I cannot deposit money for it to disappear. I want to be refunded before I close my account. I am truly disappointed in your service FNB.
