UNAUTHORISED DUPLICATE PAYMENT

I paid my Municipality bill on my app as intended to 2 weeks ago only to now notice that FNB's system duplicated my transaction the next day! Upon query the agent has the audacity to instruct me to call and request a reversal that will cost me R325 and with a waiting period of 10 days! The nerve! No investigation as to how they did this, no apology until I got annoyed! I am to go through the hassle, pay and still wait instead of them taking accountability and fixing at their cost! What have you become FNB? JUST ANOTHER BANK THAT WE CANNOT TRUST.
