Unauthorised DR orders& stopping DR orders charges

I used to think that FNB is the best bank however after all that I have experienced under them I give them a 1 star from 5 stars......What a disgrace. Every month I'm faced with a challenge of having to stop and reverse unauthorized debit orders which my dearest bank charges me R5.00 for each transactions
