Unauthorised DEMAND DEPOSIT on my account.

FNB:-) complaint ref *** has been sent to Consumer + Premium Core Banking. Complaints ***

a DEBIT order (DEMAND DEPOSIT) of R419.87 by OUTSURANCE REF: OUTSURANCE OT***5 KV3525 was processed without my permission. and now my account is overdrawn by R158.

This is so unfair and now I must be paying unnecessary costs. This is the 2nd time and even if the charges are paid... this affects my profile.

This is bull...
