unauthorised demand deposit from **** "Homechoice" NXA!!

yesterday 30/07/2020 I randomly decided to look at my credit profile on clearscore.com. to my surprise, I had a revolving credit with what seemed like homechoice. I called homechoice credit department and they checked my ID and confirmed I do not have any products with them (surprisingly it appeared on my clearscore profile before the event even took place). today 31/07/2020 I have a demand deposit that went off from my account for R399. FNB never once called me to check if the debit order was authorised by me. no sms notification from FNB. I cant even reverse the ****** thing with my app because it doesn't appear or allow me to reverse it on my profile. now i'm wondering if FNB and these ********* are honestly not working together. I thought I was done with these unauthorised transactions on my account. Dear FNB, I will be moving my account to any other bank that I have not given a chance. atleast now I know you as a bank. the one star I rated is only because I couldn't give you zero.
