unauthorised deductions - top up protector plan
Very disappointing in a bank Ive been commending for years. A few months ago i received various calls from call centers trying to sell me some protector package that I was not interested in. I remember my conversation with one of the agents asking her if it was compulsory because she made it seem as if I'm already singed up and she is just informing me. I very clearly told her i'm not interested...and I'm sure you have this recorded. Today while going through some of my transactions I noticed deductions from my account for a 'top up debt protector.' This is unauthorized and I feel as if im no longer safe with FNB. if this was possible without my consent, what else can happen without your customers knowing about it. I am very worried about this and urge customers to take note of bank statements for such small unauthorized deductions. @FNB, please reverse all these charges and please review processes taken to activate this on my account. This is extremely serious and boarderlines on theft not forgetting the representational damage incurred
