Unauthorised deductions
<p>I was under debt review, and then two years ago I came out of debt review. I then made an arrangement with FNB for my personal loan. In January R5000 was deducted without any agreement from my side. When I phoned in I was told that its a loan account the transaction cannot be reversed. Last month a double payment was taken, again without my concent. This month R12 200 was deducted and I am being shoved from one person to the other and nobody wants to help me. Will FNB come and explain to my kids why there is no food in the house? Will FNB please come explain to the municipality why I cannot pay my bill? Will FNB please come explain to my Home loan why no payment will be made?</p>
