UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS

I have been under debt review for a year now and to my horror FNB decided after an entire year to go ahead and invade my personal account by deducting an amount of R1946.22 as a loan payment. Mind you even though they are getting paid timeously through my debt review company. I am currently now out of pocket to meet my financial needs and it seems as if though nobody cares. Some jolly person sitting behind a desk finds much pleasure in my horror. I am considering changing banks and will never recommend such pathetic service to anybody. My online banking profile wont even allow me to reverse the payment. So much for having such services but how is it helpful to the client If it does not work for the client but rather take from people like us. Maybe somebody who is would like to actually do their job try and assist me, however I really wouldn't hold my breath as you guys have caused me more misery than help. WHO AUTHORUSED FNB TO JUST DEDUCT MY MONEY ?? LEGALLY IF I AM UNDER DEBT REVIEW, IS THIS NOT CONSIDERED *****.
