Unauthorised deductions

An amount of R 15 178-00 was deducted by FNB card division, without authorization and/or permission from my cheque account, for credit card account which has been in arrears. I have never given FNB card division authorisation to deduct any money due on my credit card from my cheque account I previously made arrangements with FNB card Division to pay an amount of a R1000-00 towards my outstanding credit card. During September 2015 I was retrenched and my last payment to FNb was made at the end of September 2015. I gained new employment in Lephalale from the 5th of January 2016. As part of my job offer I have to relocate to Lephalale. The money deducted without authorisation, was to be used by me in relocating to Lephalale. As a result of FNB card division unauthorised deduction, I do not have the means to relocate and this will effect my employment.
