Unauthorised deductions
I am in arrears with my credit card. A consultant called me and ask me how much I can pay. We made an arrangement for r500 and set a debit order up for it. On the 26th FNB deducted r1600 from my account and the next day the r500 debit order. That meant I missed out on 3 accounts that I could not pay. I am so sick and tired of FNB's service, empty atms and all that. I cut up my cards, opened a Capitec Bank account. At least I don't have to wait 2 years to get my email address changed.
