Unauthorised Deduction by FNB/ Dysfunctional Bank

If you are looking for a professional business bank, I highly recommend you stay away from FNB. They are the most *********** and confused bank when it comes to business banking. I opened a business account in January, but I have had issues upon issues with this bank, and some issues are still not sorted. In January I app**** for a merchant account, to which I specifically had to remind them that it was NOT for a speed point numerous times. I opted to cancel the application because FNB seemed constantly confused about the application. Several months later they deduct my account for R1000.00 for a speed point out of the blue. A speed point for which I did not even apply for, nor do I have a merchant account with FNB. Totally useless bank. I am yet to see how long they take to refund me for this deduction. As usual, their turn around time is months to sort out issues. I have had enough of the issues dealing with FNB, and I will be moving over to another bank. Stay away from FNB business banking. It is highly dysfunctional at that bank.
