Unauthorised deduction

I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding an unexpected and unjustified deduction that was made from my account after I had fully settled my loan with FNB. This has caused me inconvenience and financial frustration, as I acted in good faith by settling the loan and ensuring there were no outstanding balances. Imagine I’ve been banking with them over a decade. Bunch of ****mers stay away from them.
