Unauthorised Declined Foreign Tr

I have had several unauthorised transactions on my account that have persisted over the last year. The transactions show up multiple times a day under different names but the amounts of R8.00 remain constant. It used to show up as a Declined Google Foreign Transaction until I queried it with Google several times. And now it just shows as a Declined Foreign transaction. Some of these transactions repeat up to four times in a single day and have been ongoing for close to two years.

Despite my attempts to resolve this in person at the bank, over the phone, and through your app, the issue remains unresolved. When I called they kept transferring me from one department to the other and no one was able to help me. I can't log it as ***** on the FNB bank app because it's an FNB transaction. I have lost thousands of rands to this unexplained transaction and it is ongoing. This is totally unacceptable and must be stopped as several other customers seem to be complaining about the same thing.
