Unauthorised debits89

You guys called me with an offer for life insurance and told me that you were running a special and that you would only start debiting in September. When I received a debit order mandate I rejected it. Why? Because on the mandate it said it would start in August which is not what I agreed too, but even though I did not accept you still took my money. Can I get my money back please because I did not agree to that.

Secondly a charge of R135 went off my account yesterday for paid item on the 22nd, I don't know what this is for can you please give back my money. Because I did not have an unpaid item by you guys on those dates. Its honestly annoying that you just do what you want with my money.
