Unauthorised debits over festive season!!

Stop assuming that everyone gets their salary mid-December, over the festive season. A debit order was put through my account without prior arrangement. This caused severe embarrassment when I tried to pay for a transaction. When I called the customer contact centre, they were closed, and when I got through on Monday morning, I was told that 'we cannot change the debit order date'. FNB 'how can we help'? NOT AT ALL!!!
