Unauthorised debits MULTID FORAANDG

For the past few months, I have noticed unauthorized debit orders with reference MULTID FORAANDG. How does FNB allow these debits without my consent? To reverse these authorized transactions are a cost to the client, mind you? It is a huge security risk and costly.

Browsing through Hellopeter comments, it doesn't look like this issue is getting the attention it deserves from FNB and this is dating back to 2016.
