Unauthorised debits

I am disgusted with FNB who went into my account and take my money without my authority. I had a balance of 179 and 709 for my two accounts and this morning I woke up with 4 debit orders of different amounts and amounts I don't even know where they are coming from. I called the contact centre and the lady I spoke to confirmed that these amounts were deducted from account and for a refund to be paid back to me I need to wait for 48hrs and I don't have 48 hrs as I need to use the monies to pay for my tickets I have reserved and needed to pay for them today.

I need this to be rectified ASAP
