Unauthorised debits

I was retrench ed in October and was told my credit card is covered for retrenchment including my personal loan. From day one I had issues with the debits going off for my personal loan. I was called in November confirming debita will be covered for 6 months and if I still did not find employment the loan will be covered. I have debits running from my account so today like every other month I transferred money into the account where the debits go of from only to receive a small to confirm that R 2008.86 was deduct for my loan account which was in arrears??? How can it be in arrears if I have the retrenchment cover is on the account? I tried calling the call centre and wasted R50 airtime. I want this resolved as I am in the process of contacting my lawyer and get the NEW involved because this is really not fair on me and honestly stresses me out thinking how I'm going to get through without work. I need this resolved immediately and the money put back into my account for my debits or go off. I'll give you till midday tomorrow. My ID number is ***, contact number *** or ***
