Unauthorised debits

There are money being debited from my account on a daily basis with the reference "" Foreign T 410587*355". This happens at least twice a day, with the transactions being declined. this amounts up to - R8.50 per transaction. I never authorised any such debits, and this is totally unacceptable, as it's costing me a lot of money at the end of the day.
