Unauthorised Debits

I laid a complaint in June after you debit my account with R1358.50 a second time without any authorisation. I was promised a refund of half against my understanding and you never even paid that half. I was also told that because I owe you I can expect you to debit my account as and when you please but the article below says otherwise.

Please note that I will follow the full extent of the law if you keep taking unauthorised money from me. Also, I notice you are also debiting the arranged R200 yet Hammond Pole is also making arrangements to debit me, why are you trying to debit me twice? I will report this to the ombudsman because it's wrong.
