Unauthorised debits

Dear FNB, to be quite honest, I am getting tired of “fielding” these ********** debit orders, the worst part is once all my legit debit orders are done I withdraw what I need for the month....any left over money I move to my savings pocket, I leave no money in my account....then along comes these unknown debit orders and they bounce, and now I get charged for something I never even authorised...why?? FNB should improve their debit order verification process, this is not working out for customers realy...and on top of that we should pay for these unknowns?? I refuse, you are going to lose customers because of this ?? We cannot be paying the bank to keep our accounts safe and pay again because our accounts have been compromised, what are we paying the banks for?? Even if you’d charge me R2 I refuse....I cannot be penalised for some unknown debit orders, if it was legit debit orders I wouldn’t even complain as that would have been my fault....but these unknowns?? I refuse, so please do the right thing and remove the charges for the unknown debit order I blocked this morning,

Honestly honestly I’ve had it up to here...after this complaint....FNB went and charged me a further R120 making the total R220....for a R99 unauthorised debit order?? I think it’s time to switch banks....
