Unauthorised Debit -RETRIEVER FINTECH (PTY) LTD

<p>I have contacted FNB twice, regarding an unauthorised debit on my account. I have finaly received a nonchalant reply that "Below are the debit order details you have requested, you can call the company to confirm the reason they are debiting your account". </p> <p>I have researched the company RETRIEVER FINTECH (PTY) LTD and found lots of complaints on hello peter regarding the unauthorised debits and the victims are FNB customers. This seems like ***** and its quite disquieting that FNB is asking its clients to call the company and find out whereas this should be red flagged.</p> <p>The amount debited seems to be the same by most of the complainants ( R 129.99) including me.</p> <p>FNB, why is due diligence with regards to debit orders not being followed? This is very concerning if unauthorised debit orders are going through.</p> <p> </p>
