Unauthorised Debit orders - R99. 00
- Minus review ratings!!!!! The Unauthorised Debit orders of R99 & R89 on my account is *****ing my hard earned money. I have disputed the same every month!!!!! For over a year now.... There is more than 1 company now!! Trying to dispute on the app... Good luck as I get error messages. Guess what!! The deductions are debited twice a month now. I'm a so called private client but those constants are also not helpful as "They are not deducting the amounts, I should talk to the Cheque department" you guess right I hold for hours until the phone drops.
On702 you spoke of the implemented solution where is it now...!!!! 702 - Bongani Bingwa... PLEASE HELP!!!
Why don't I be requested to authorize 1st just like you require the same when I took out a loan, authorization to deduct was required & I accepted, ru colluding with these *******??????????
Can you guys get your act together, STOP this F*** *****ing of my money & refund all my money at no cost !!!!!!!!! Why should I be further penalized for debit orders I did not authorized....!!!!!
