UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS & #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS

I have a FNB account and a 2 unauthorised debit orders went off on 25/11/2021 when there wasn't money in the account. I do not have an overdraft facility and the debit orders should have bounced yet they did not. Today I got a #Item paid no funds 4 for transactions on 27/11/2021 my account and a further R495 was deducted from my account. The issue here is that these 4 transactions was made prior to the debit orders going of and at that time there was funds in the account and the transaction amounts was deducted from my availability amount it is not my fault it is on a pending period and therefore should not be penalised by that. I WANT THIS R495 WRITTEN BACK AND I WANT THIS 2 UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS REVERSED AS I CANNOT REACH ANY ONE WHEN PHONING AND YOU DO NOT RESPONSE WITH DISPUTE DEBIT ORDER ON THE BANKING APP. SORT THIS OUT TODAY!!!!!!!!!
