unauthorised debit orders-Greystone, and Valcane

Good day,<br> <br> I have noticed an unauthorised debit order on my FNB account for R99.99 from Greystone, Valcane and NTN Rocket Air<br> <br> I don't know who these people are and how can my bank allow such debits to go off my account without my authorisation. Can FNB sort this out.
