Unauthorised debit orders granted

I have called FNB to stop the debit orders from my premier cheque account number *** FNB Premier Current Account but to my suprise the debit orders have been going from my account and getting charged unpaid item. I have requested below debit orders to be cancelled : 02 Mar 2021 GYMFEE RP RP***N1 299.00 02 Mar 2021 ADT JHB *** 418.50 01 Jul 2021 CAP LEGACY*** NETCASH 0.00 -123.02 Due these cancelled debit orders that were allowed to go through from my account ,I now owe FNB a balance of 06 Jul 2021 #FNB CARD *** 0.00 -115.00 -2,809.05. Please can FNB cancel all those fees emanating from these unauthorized debit orders
