Unauthorised debit orders *****!!!!!

I have been trying to report my account being debited without my authorisation for 18months and it seems because I don't bank with fnb no one cares.i have contacted your ***** line no one helps the last lady I spoke to Nompumelo said there's other banks doing the same thing like the bank I bank with so why is my problem any better then cut the call...

Please can someone assist in total now R1800 has been taken out my account without my consent.
